[Sell] We manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of high performance Chillers, which are designed to cater to various requirements in different industries, where cooling is critical and poor delivery of process liquids can be disastrous. Our Industrial Chillers have a high demand amongst customers for offering excellent performance requiring negligible maintenance. Advantages: Modular Designs: We provide modular designs in air-cooled and water- cooled options in a wide range of capacities allowing customers to choose a suitable unit that meet their immediate requirement and later add on additional capacities to meet increasing demands. Compact Systems: Compact systems of our Chillers make them easy to install, indoor or outdoor with option of in-built tanks or remote tanks and sumps. They can be deployed as primary circulation cooling systems or secondary circulation cooling systems, depending on the process requirement, the fluid to be cooled, filtration systems the temperature requirement, etc. They are space saving and are available in air-cooled & water-cooled units with options of immersed copper tube, immersed fin & tube, shell & tube, tube & bundle, tube in tube and compact brazed plate heat exchangers for evaporators. Compressor Selection: It is based on the precise load conditions and duty matching, which covers a wide range of hermetic, semi-hermetic & scroll models; selected to minimize the power requirement. Construction: These are constructed from sturdy square pipe frames with easy access through removable & lockable epoxy coated sheet metal panels, an isolated wiring box with ferruled and number coded wiring is provided. Low noise external rotor fans are used in the air-cooled systems.These chillers have built-in matching pumps to suit a wide range of fluids ranging across water, glycol, brine, water-based coolants, cutting oils, hydraulic oils and even certain acids. A Microprocessor Control: It’s sophisticated Microprocessor Control system controls and monitors the performance of the entire unit and provides diagnostic indications and fault alarms which can be programmed to suit the individual process operation.
