Production and Logistics : Unidesign is a sister concern of Cotton Club India ltd. Cotton Club is basically an export house pioneering in manufacturing of t-shirts, shirts, denims, jackets etc for men’s, ladies and kids. With over 20 years of experience, Cotton club has a varied customer base present all across the globe, some of them are-Tommy Hilfiger, Disel, GAP, FCUK, Scotch and Soda, P&C, C&A, New Yorker, Bill Blass. Currently the company has over 600 sewing machines at the production unit in Chennai. The factory is European Standard compliant in terms of safety, operations, labour and health facilities provided to the workers. Also the company hires several other units in Bangalore and Mumbai depending upon the production needs of the company. The annual exports of the company are in tune of over 15 million pieces. All the production requirement of UNIDESIGN is sufficed from Cotton Club India Ltd.
Unidesign currently has other strategic tie-ups as well for different requirements of its clients for example- Blazers shall be manufactured using the same vendors listed with Raymonds India ltd. This gives us extremely strong edge in quality of the merchandise. Also all the fabrics and accessories shall be sourced from the same vendors who provide us the fabrics for our export needs(Cotton Club India). Which means that all fabrics and accessories used shall meet the European Standards.
We don’t provide just garments or customised merchandise, but high-quality products, with superior workmanship and latest designs. These merchandises should get noticed and make an impression on your client that shall last really long. Our belief-The merchandise shouldn’t blend in the crowd but should stand apart from the rest, making your brand name clearly visible.
