We have a nice stamping producing team who can use CAD, CAM to develop various kinds of stamping parts skillfully and professionally. The stamping process includes: blanking, Deep drawing, forming, flanging and so on.
We have a complete set of equipments, various kinds of pressing machines nearly 100 range from 25 T to 400T. And we also have the machines for tooling make, such as digital machines and wire cutting machines, we can make the pressing toolings independently.
The material we use are the cold -rolled low carbon steel sheet, hot-rolled low carbon steel sheet, cold-rolled stainless steel sheet, hot-rolled stainless steel sheet, medium carbon steel sheet and structural steel sheet.
