•Machine Shop :
In our well equipped machine shop, various types of conventional machines are installed and the machining of various components carried out in-house. The necessary jigs and fixtures pre designed in our drawing and design department and are manufactured in-house.
All the necessary instruments required for machining as well as measuring for various dimensions are available. We carry out 100% inspection at every stage of operation of the machining. Necessary record of major important dimensional details are filled up in respective control sheets.
•Quality Control Department :
We have well experienced and trained quality control engineers to check the quality of each and every components of machine as per drawing to have quality products.
Incoming/Bought out items : we procure raw material as well as bought out items from well established suppliers only. We carry out chemical composition test for verification of various elements of the castings as well as other materials.
Necessary tests are conducted to verify dimensional accuracy and we conduct necessary tests to confirm the performance of the equipments.
•Assembly :
We have well experienced trained assembly engineers. They are very much conversant with the product. All the machines are assembled with requisite clearances and the dimensional details as well as various clearances are recorded on the control sheets for individual Machines.
The necessary measuring instruments such as, Vernier, Micro Meter, Magnetic Dial Indicator and Feeler gauges etc. are available with Assembly Shop.
Each and every rotors/impellers dynamically balanced is punched with relative Nos. and record is maintained to co-relate the components with assembly of the particular machine.
•Testing :
Each and every machine is tested for its rated performance viz., capacity, power consumption, water consumption, various temperatures of the components etc. The test bed is equipped with necessary measuring equipments as per IS/BS standard specification.
The test bed is equipped with various motors, starters, switches etc. The machines are generally tested with all its accessories on suction side as well as discharge side. Separate individual test sheet is maintained to record the performance at various loads. We offer our machines for inspection by the client as well as third party.
