Engineering Services and Consultancy
During every stage of plant operations at every stage certain problem occurs. To resolve this problem there is need of specialist or service persons. To cater the need of the continuous production plants we offer plant study and consultancy services. These services are not only limited to problem resolving but also annual and preventive maintenance visits to ensure working conditions of plant. We also offer energy audits, steam, cooling water and other utility audits for plants from which the performance of plant is established and corrective action has been taken. We offer consultancy for plant up gradation, new equipment installation, capacity increase, plant expansions etc. Whizz is committed to provide Onsite plant services and Consultancy to such plants.
Whizz depute there highly experienced engineers and specialists to working site. They will study the exact cause of problem. They also consider the operating conditions and readings to analyze the possible causes. They guide operating personnel’s to tackle the problem and further remedies to avoid the problems in future. After this we provide complete study report containing all details of collected data, relevant drawing, design data, troubeshooting guides and advices to keep the plant healthy.
We offer a very specialized service for the retrofitting of existing equipments with advance once to improve efficiency and capacity up gradation. In industry there are various equipments which need to be replaced and can be retrofitted with new once, to do this we offer our specialist to analyze the system and offer the most suitable advance option for customer.
