From purchasing to selling we always try to maintain the quality standards. So we purchase a high quality paddy from farmers by giving them proper knowledge of how to produce and harvest, which medicines to be used while cultivating, how to take care during rain, etc. In this way we try to have a good quality paddy from farmers at a good rate which motivate them to do better next time.

Traceability of Product Offerings : In today’s competitive environment and increasing consumer awareness, traceability of agro-products has become an important parameter for marketing. Over the last decade, the company has initiated steps to provide traceability for its products. The company ensures this through strict quality parameters from paddy procurement to production to its products reaching the end consumers.

Procurement : Till date, the company could provide traceability for its products from procurement in mandis (granaries, where the harvest is stocked for sale) to the end product.

Production Facilities : J.P.Agrotech has world-class state-of-the-art plants, with one of the largest milling capacities in India. These plants are fully automated through the entire chain of processing of rice from paddy stage to the packaging of the final product. Production is fully computer-aided, with state of the art cameras to detect impurities, maintain quality, colour and size.

The company has led the industry with continuous innovation. Be it in production (computerized sorters, graders, separators, destoners etc., installation of cameras to detect impurities), or world-class quality standards, or consistency in product attributes, or packaging (introduction of smaller consumer packs through modern pilfer-proof packaging). It has aimed at providing an excellent value proposition to the Indian and global consumers.

Technology : In today’s competitive world it is very difficult to survive in the market with old technology because everybody needs effective and efficient results. So to compete in the market and to provide much better quality to our customers we have introduced a new Japanese technology in our mill. This is a company from Japan named Satake Corporation. We have introduces Satake plant in the mill i.e. the various operators of the company like paddy husker, rotary sifter, paddy separator, etc. to give best by taking quality inputs.

Every part has its own importance like in a human body. If one of the parts get damaged or spoiled whole body has to suffer. So we keep this into account and try to maintain a good environment for workers to work well and keep a check on every machine.


Infrastructure : Being responsible towards the society and our employees we always try to maintain a good environment for them. It may be in terms of the infrastructure or pay. We have maintained proper disposal system for the waste material as well as proper shelters for stock. Our machine rooms are kept clean because everybody likes to work in a clean environment.

Our industry is expanded in a vast area near a village so that city people doesn’t get any problem. As our company is surrounded by agriculture land so for disposing polluted water we have maintained special type of trees which can absorb that water and keep the environment clean. We have taken into account all the government rules and regulations and always try to do best for the public.
