We have a wide range of boiler suits made of 100% cotton or terry cotton, available in all different sizes and a range of colours.
* Cotton - Its made of high quality cotton weaved yarn on water jet looms having twill weave. The material is dyed & processed thoroughly to provide fast colour and long life. The material is pre-shrunk, merserised and sanforized.
* Blended Fabric - These boiler suits are made with Polyester Cotton or Polyster Viscose Blend. The fabric is made on imported machines. Processing of the fabric is carried out to provide long life, fast colour and nil shrinkage. The fabric is woven in 2x2 construction which gives long life, graceful wear and fast colours.
* Stitching - Stitching is carried out on high quality imported machines using five thread technique which gives perfect interlocking and stitching does not wear out with time.
* Testing - The material is batch tested for Fabric Strength, Shrinkage and Colour Fastness. |
