The Saacke company was established in 1892 and has been producing Precision Tools and Tool and Cutter grinding machines for over 100 years.
Saacke tools are known worldwide for their excellent quality and precision. Saacke manufactures gear hobs(module 0.5 to 42) , heavy duty roughing hobs (5-30 module), worm wheel hobs(0.3 to 30 module in tangential , radial or high performance radial types),worm cutters, skiving hobs, shaper cutters (0.7 to 12 module), deburring tools, form milling cutters, groove and root milling cutters for turbine industry etc.
All tools are designed and manufactured to customer specifications to offer the highest accuracy and tool life, tools are manufactured in all materials, HSS, PM and solid Carbide.
To further strengthen its relation with customers Saacke India has installed its state of the art Saacke CNC 5 axes Grinding Center model UWID for resharpening straight and helical fluted hobs to provide customer quality resharpening services.
This center also provides Saacke machine customers a firsthand experience on the Saacke CNC 5 axes tool and cutter grinder before taking a decision to procure and also serves as a training facility for its Indian customers.
