Offering BM-CNC5ZK01 5-axis brush filling and drilling machine Description
1) This type of 5-axis brush tufting machine is applicable to massive manufacturing of various brushes. It is able to tuft and drill at the same time or work separately.
2) The working table of this 5-axis brush tufting and drilling machine consists of straight-line rail and ball screw, this enables the machine working with high-precision and it is solid and durable.
3) Movement of axes run by brushless servo motors or step motors and managed by the new electronics package which includes: High performance controller that executes the real time control of the machine.
4) The interface is single color 5.7" LCD screen with English edtion. It is user-friendly and quite easy to operate.
5) It is available for memorizing 2000 models and each model can have 100000 holes. This function enables user to make various kinds of brushes.
6) New diagnostic system which informs and helps the operators to detect and solve any failures in the working cycle.
7) Editing functions of processing data, such as ADD, ALT,INSERT,DELETE, makes it convenient to solve these problems: the deviation of hole position, hole-repeating and hole-missing.
8) "Teach-in" self-learning function for the creation of new models.
