Changshu Huibo Railway Fastener Corporation is one of the largest factories of China Railway System, specializing in exporting railway fasteners and railway materials. Meanwhile, it is also an appointed supplier of automobile accessories by the largest automobile accessory manufacturer in the world.
Our factory is located in Haiyu Town Industrial Park 2ND Zone, Changshu, near by Yanjiang Highway, also, it is at the centre of Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, and it takes 1 hour to Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi. It has very good transportation.
Our corporation is composed of key talents from former engineers, technicians and managers of railway fastener factories of Sichuan and Anshan. There are 2 senior engineers, 2 junior engineers, and 20 technicians. We have a high-level technical develop and research team; We have experts in managing production and we have a Quality Control team in railway fastener factories, especially in producing hot forming bolts and high strength bolts, we have advanced technology. Still we own several branch factories, manufacturing all kinds of railway products.
The main factory size is 10, 000 sq m, and the construction area is 6, 000 sq m, with 56 pieces facilities of production, and 12 piece all kinds of test facilities and instruments. The production capability of railway fasteners, automobile standard parts and other standard components is up to 600 tons per month.
During the last 10 years, the whole team of Huibo was dealing with producing products for exporting to North America, South America, Europe and Southeast Asia. Therefore, our products are mainly for exporting, by domestic sales complementarily.
Rigorously, we follow the ISO9001: 2000 Quality control system during the each process of production. With reliable quality and credible capacity, we get many certificates from different inspection center and approval certificates from our customers. From the very beginning, we have been paying much attention on technology R&D, in order to be a world-class railway fasteners and standard parts manufacturer.
