Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd (BOMCO), former Baoji Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Plant (BPMMP), was founded in 1937 and was reorganized in 2002. BOMCO is the largest machinery manufacturer under China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).

With total assets of 3.6 billion RMB Yuan, covering an area of 850,000 square meters, the company mainly designs and manufactures complete land and offshore drilling rigs of nine series and four drive modes ranging from 1000 to 12000 meters, F-series mud pumps ranging from 500-2200HP, well control and well head equipment, and special vehicles, etc, totally more than 50 kinds, more than 1000 types of petroleum drilling and production equipment and components. The annual sales revenue is more than 2 billion RMB Yuan. With 10 API licenses covering 65 kinds of products, BOMCO is the company with most API Licenses in the world.
