Our firm Z/S “Klavas” produces Grill-Charcoals and we want to introduce you
with our production. Our firm produces grill-charcoals out of lump wood which are
traditionally heated up over temperature of 6000C. It’s and ecologically clean product.
Grill-Charcoal Briquettes are made of milled charcoals. There are used food binders.
The advantages of Grill-Charcoal Briquettes are :

• Long grill potential
We pack Grill-Charcoals and Grill-Charcoal Briquettes in paper bags with printed
description and instruction for use. Packing can be modified for customers upon
request (e.g. 1kg, 2kg, 2.5kg etc.) and it’s possible to pack in big bags.
A pallet 120x80cm, or 80x60cm and it’s wrapped with Polypropylene Film. Pallets
are 1.20m high or upon customers’ request.
Our charcoals comply with the following quality parameters :
DIN51749
Water : max 8%
Ash : max 4%
Fixed carbon : min 80%
Form and size : 20-80 mm
Our charcoal briquettes comply with the following quality requirements:
Water : max 8%
Ash : max 15%
Firm and size : < 20 mm max 10%
Fixed carbon : min 65%
Binder : Like for food products
Our manufacting capacity of Charcoals is 5000 per year.
Our manufacting charcoal briquettes capacity is 2000 tons per year.
