1.) Synthetic diamond :
We can supply 2 series : ZD5-80,ZX11-80, and Ni/Ti coated synthetic diamond, used Applied to high strength saw, drill and grinding tools.
2.)RVD, MBD : Grain sizes from 80/100?325/400 are available.MBD including : MBD4-,MBD4(<5kg),MBD6(7kg),MBD8(10kg).
RVD :used in resin bond tools,such as wheel grinding.
MBD:used in metal bond hard rock bits and wheels.
3.) Resin bond abrasive RVD-B:its quality are very similar to the GE’s products RVG,used in resin bond tools such as wheels,grinding wheels. RVD-B including 2 types : RVD-B1(=AC4),RVD-B2(=AC6).
4.) Diamond micro powder : Grain sizes from 0/0.5 to 36/54 are available.
5.) CBN-B1: Black,semi-tough,used in vitrified or resin bonds.
CBN-B2 : Black, used in vitrified bond systems.
CBN-A1: Amber,used in resin bond systems.
CBN-A2 : Amber,used in electroplated tools and metal bond systems.
