We are offering Double Heads Roller Coater.
The machines are suitable for any flat surface material(wood, plastic, metal and etc.)
Application roller, doctor roller and conveyor belt are controlled by individual inverter, this is to ensure the precision when apply the coating material.
Coating roller is made by importing EPDM material and doctor roller is well electroplating and import scrapers is made by stainless steel ensure easy maintenances especially when cleaning of roller.
These machines are equipped with thickness setting device, if the working pieces is thicker than previous set, the machine will automatically stop.
Any coating material such as :UV, PU, NC and water base are suitable with this machine .The coating material can be re-used so there will be unnecessary waste.
Optional: Machine with PL board for fully automatically operation.
