| Description: |
o RPO 50 (Naphthenic) A mixture of Naphthenic and Paraffinic base stock. It is light colored oil and does not stain. Used for TPR Compounding, Hawaii Chapala, Cycle, Tubes, Rubber Gaskets, etc. Recommended for processing of compounding of SBS type of Thermoplastic elastomers. o RPO 60 (Paraffinic) Is formulated from carefully selected base stocks which are highly refined. It provides resistance to evaporation loss. Recommended for the manufacture of both natural & synthetic rubber. Suitable for use in processing EPDM for bi component door seals, Flocked channels, Boot seals etc. o RPO 150 (Paraffinic) Predominantly Paraffinic type imparting excellent tensile load characteristics to rubber. It is light colored, having high flash point & high temperature. Suitable for processing of light colored rubber goods such as beading white tyres, rubber, sports goods, etc. It is compatible with butyl & ethylene propylene rubbers. o RPO 541 (Naphthenic) Predominantly Naphthenic type gives excellent loading tensile characteristics. Fairly good colour stability & adequate high temperature properties. Suitable for Synthetic, Natural & unsaturated rubber, excellent for Rubber Casing & Bushes, Hawaii Chapala, Cycle Tubes, Mats, Footwear Molded & extended goods. o RPO 710 (Aromatic) Predominantly aromatic oil having good solvency making it compatible with most rubber polymers. Manufacture of tyres, battery rubber, brushes & seals, rubber sheets, etc. Used for improving process ability during rubber mixing & milling.
