MAS Baiyun Wet Magnetic Drum Separator :
The magnetic separator has advanced structure, light weight, reliable operation and convenient maintenance advantages.It can be equipped with semi-counter-flow,(B) counter-flow(N) and downstream(S) tank. The magnetic field strength can be transferd to middle magnetic field (150Mt---400mT) according to requirement of in-situ mineral spec.and separation technology. The magnetic drum can be designed double drums or three drums.
Application :
1.) Used for rough concentration at first stage.to reject qualified tailings.to increase the recovery rate and to reduce the load of grinding mill in second stage;
2.) Used for magnetite cleaning, can increase the concentrate grade and the recovery rate
3.) Used for pre-high magnetic separation,to remove the ferro-magnetic minerals from the feeding in case of the magnetism broken
4.) Used for recovery of the dense medium in a coal preparation plant.
