The magnetic separator is characterized by a turbulent magnetic field and hingh-separation frequency.The magnetic separator is especially suitable for working in the district where are short of water and lack of electricty because of its dry system and can be driven by diesel engine.It develops a new way for mining and utilization of magnetite. Of course different magnetic induction intensities of magnetic separator to be used for vairous minerals processing and technology requirement can be produced according to users demand.

The magnetic separator is mainly used in following occasions:
1.) used for preconcentration of low-grade ores. It may increase ore grade to be ground and reduce ore dressing costs;
2.) used for reconcentration of tailings and recovery of relatively concentrated tailings in the dry slope section of the tailings dam;
3.) used for purification by magnetic separation for dry powder of pyrite cinder;
4.) used for iron removing of non-magnetic materials which has an obvious effect and low costs of ore dressing;
5.) used for purification operation of concentrates of magnetic separation plants. It may reject lean associate ore body and gangue in the iron concentrates and to increase concentrate grade and technical additional value of dressing precuts.
