The firm was started by three young technocrats viz., Mr. Ajay Patel, Mr. Parag Kothari and Mr. Satish Desai, in the year 1986. Associated Power Structures [Pvt.] Ltd. or “APS” as the firm is popularly known was registered under the Companies Act in the year 1996, with the above three as Directors at the helm.
From a modest beginning APS has now expanded to Four Units, having state of the art Hot Dip Galvanizing and Fabrication Plants located on N.H # 08 on Vadodara - Mumbai Highway, Gujarat, India, (Golden Corridor) with a combined capacity to supply over 50000 MT per annum of various types of towers for Telecom, Power, Wind Mills, Switch Yard Structures, Cable Trays and Allied Application. A team of highly experienced engineers who are the best in their field professionally manages the entire operations. We take great pride in saying that our growth rate has been 100% over the last four years and our combined turnover presently stands at Rs.10124.92 lakhs. Our this year goal is 250 crores.
