Rather, Late Shri J. T. Trivedi had been the 'pioneer' and the 'first practitioner' in the field of Intellectual Property in the State of Gujarat. Late Shri J. T. Trivedi had established his own concern, viz., J. T. Trivedi, in the year 1958. Indeed, it is significant and a noteworthy fact that during his tenure, Late Shri J. T.
