3)Digital Control Panel
The digital control panel makes it easier and safer to operate and maintain the generator. The users can inspect it by getting the real-time data of electric current, voltage, frequency, etc. In addition, the buzzer or alarm lamp is used to warn the operators of any abnormal running conditions.
4)Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)
LALY adopted AVR limits the voltage fluctuation to a very low level and ensures the generator has smooth and steady output.
5)Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) & Automatic Main Failure (AMF) &ATS & AMF is an optional function that continues to monitor the commercial power. If there is main power failure, AMF can detect it and automatically start the generator, after the speed reaches its rated speed, ATS can automatically connect the generator to the load. Once the commercial power restored, ATS will reconnect the load to commercial power, and AMF automatically reduce the generators speed, then stop it.
The super silent generator can only allocate AMF or ATS by adding a control module. And the ATS is able to be installed either inside or outside the generator.

7) Test : Our super silent type generators are manufactured in accordance with the highest standards of power generation region, and each unit has been strictly tested before leaving the factory. ,.
a.) Each unit of super silent generators is tested at least 4 hours. A full load test is taken at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110%. 4,25%, 50%, 75%, 100% 110%.
b.) The noise index is tested. .
c.) Operation of various meters on the control panel is tested. .

2.) Generator Details
1) LALY super silent generators noise index is less than 65dB, it is able to be used in the open air for the canopy is not only made up of acoustic material, but also possesses weatherproof function.
a.) The canopy is made of steel through numerical control processing. By surface heat treatment and adopting high quality undercoat paint and finish coat or plastic spraying, it allows the generator to be used outdoor for a long period of time. In the meantime, locks, hinges, fasteners and lifting rings are all made up of stainless materials. Therefore, the canopy is weatherproof and corrosion resistant. ,.,.,,,.
b.)LALY increases its sealability by using advanced sealing materials (seal ring, sponge, etc.).
2) When an ordinary generator is running, its noise index is up to 95~128dB, without adopting necessary noise reduction methods, it will influence humans ordinary life. LALY mainly uses the following ways to reduce noise index. ,95~128dB.,..

3.) Generator Noise
When a user is selecting a generator, its noise index is one of the most important factors he/she must consider about. However, it may difficult for the customer to understand how much is 50, 60, 65 or 75dB sounds like. LALY will explain for you in details: ,,,50, 60, 65 75dB.
Noise is not measured on a linear scale, but double every 3~5dB. Therefore, 68/70dB is twice as loud as 65dB, which means when two units of LALY super silent generators are running at 65dB, their noise index would equals 68 to 70dB.
