We are a Chinese foundry established in 1987. we have specialized in producing and exporting ductile and grey iron castings. Our main products including: different manhole covers, gully tops conform to standards like EN124, ASTM etc. We also produce tree gratings, street furniture, bollard, lamp post and welcome designs and samples provided by our customers. The factory has 185 workers and molding area 2000 sq.m, with annual production capacity is 15,000 metric tons.
Our advantages:
1. Two copulas with 5MT melting capacity per hour, with
15000MT capacity and one induction furnace.
2. One production line consists of 4 sets semi-automatic
molding machines, (max molding size is 850mm by
450mm )
and one sand treatment machine (4MT sand treatment
capacity per hour).
3. Two sets of shell core machines; the max core size is
450mm by 450mm .
4. A BSI and ISO9001 Certified foundry, in according to
different international standards like BSI, ASTM, DIN etc.
5. Located in Handan , Hebei , China , where is rich in coal and
iron ore resource, near Beijing and Tianjin Port guarantee
swift delivery.
6. We are an undertaking price foundry registered in EU free
