The products we can provide as following:
1. Woven filter fabric series: polyester filter cloth, polypropylene filter clothes, polyamide (nylon) filter cloth, PVA filter cloth, fiberglass filter cloth. We produce all of staple filament filter cloth, monofilament filter cloth, and multifilament filter cloth for frame filter presses, centrifuge filters, vacuum filters, disc filters, drum filters, etc, the filtering precision can reach less than 1 micron.
2. Needle punched felt (nonwovens): polyester needle punched felt, polypropylene needle punched felt, PPS needle punched felt, PTFE (Teflon) needle punched felt, FMS needle punched felt, Nomex needle punched felt, Acrylic needle punched felt, Glass fiber needle punched felt, anti-static needle punched felt and some mixed materials needle punched felt, etc. We can finish them with singeing, calendering, PTFE coating or membrane, heat setting, etc. The output is more than 4 million square meters each year.
3. Filter bag series: monofilament filter bag, multifilament filter bag, needle punched filter bag. They can be used as dust filter bag, liquid filter bag, and centrifuge filter bag, etc.
4. Screen mesh series: polyamide (Nylon) screen mesh, polyester screen mesh, and stainless steel screen mesh, fiber glass screen mesh, etc.
5. Other filter media and filter materials: filter cartridge (spun and melt blown), convey belt, air slide pad, etc. |
