Shandong Crane Factory Co., Ltd.( the former Shandong Crane Factory) is located in the beautiful historical cultural city --Qingzhou. Its position is in the middle of the Jiaoji Railway and Jiqing Expressway, with the Qingzhou Section of No.205 National Highway to the west. So, the transportation conditions are very convenient.
Shandong Crane Factory Co., Ltd. now has 1,230 employees, covering an area of 143,000 m2, with spacy factory buildings of 18,160 m2 and open- air working place of 22,000 m2. Except the ordinary metal cutting, rivet welding, casting & forging and heat treatment equipment, we also have the pretreatment line for shot blasting and rust eliminating for armor plates and bar sections; CO2 automatic protection welding line; numerical control gas cutting unloading machine; large-scale closed planers; high, medium and low frequency quenching equipment; ultrasonic wave and X light harmless detector; and paint membrane thickness gauge. In addition to that, we have the large-scale complete machine performance test platform which a few domestic crane producers have. It guarantees the product quality and performance.
At present, Shandong Crane Factory Co., Ltd. produces mining and port equipment such as 800-1600t/h cement shiploaders, 400-3200 t/h heap reclaimers and 5-40 t door flat cranes except 5-250 t bridge cranes, 50-240t cast cranes, 5-50t gantry cranes and their derivative crab bucket, electromagnetic, insulating, explosion- proof cranes. We also produce precision castings, petrol machinery!
Our customers are spread in 29 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China, and in 1984 we began to export our products to foreign countries such as South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Burma and Pakistan, Indonesia, the Philippines,etc.
