Application: Used as strong antioxidant in oily products, such as plant oil, animal fat, grease, meat, seafood, sauce, seasonings, pet food, baked foods, fried products, natural color, cosmetic, essence, etc.
Product Characteristics:
1. Natural and green, no side effect.
2. Strong antioxidant ability, stronger than VE,, PG, TPP, BHA, BHT, tea polyphenols, etc.
3. Convenient to be used, well soluble and dispersible in oily foods.
4. No solvent residue., No chlorophyll
5. Stable and hot-resistant,
Appearance: Fine light yellow powder.
Effective components: Carnosic acid NLT 25%.
Cautions:
Mix equally or heat up to 40-60? before adding to products, or add directly into products.
Use in products under PH value 8.5.
Avoid contact with iron, copper or other metals.
Use with organic acid can increase its antioxidant ability.
Storage Stored at room temperature, sealed and protected from light and humidity.
Shelf life 1 year from the production date according to above
