We are Offering to sell Controlled Demolition. This concrete demolition technique will burst reinforced mass concrete and masonry using a hydraulic, i.e. non-percussive, non-explosive, silence and dust free, action. Ideal usage is in office blocks, shopping centres, residential buildings, and hospitals -anywhere that requires large lumps of material removed quietly, where heavy equipment is impractical and free of vibration. Used in conjunction with diamond drilling, powerful hydraulic rams are inserted into pre-drilled holes and expanded until the material is forced apart. Once the integrity has been broken down the concrete can be removed using whatever method is applicable.
