2.Our moulds adopt Heat Treatment and Plasma Nitridation so as to improve the mould life.
3.There are detail sizes about the mould design drawing and product design drawing,and each drawing will be connected with the control for quality directly.
4.During mould processing,Our factory will take some photoes of the mould process to you each week and to tell you the mould's making condition clearly,following DV data.
5.Before shipment,We'll simulate 1000 moulding as inspection data.
6.If our mould is not up to standard,the full payment will be refunded. After shipment ,if the mould is a complete write-off. within 300,000 moulding,we will make a new mould for
