Steel Main Pontoon:
The steel pontoons are steel structured, fully welded and galvanized. The frames are provided with side connection holes at 50mm intervals for connection of mooring fingers, walkways and pile guides. Decking and fendering are in machined hardwood profiles as standard and better. A range of anti-slip and recycled decking materials are also available, such as WPC material. Flotation units can be provided in concrete as standard or polyethylene with polystyrene filled inside(concrete fill may required). Units are connected with semi flexible rubber bolt joints. Pontoons are easily anchored by piles, chain and seaflex. |
