The professional machine is to produce the TDC .
This system is consisting of a feeding frame, a main forming machine and a shearing unit in which includes a grinder and hydraulic shearing machine. The hydraulic shearing unit makes fixed cutting available with very little burr and may be operated automatically with a maximum work speed of 6m/min.
It is divided into four types: T-20, T-30, T-35, and T-40 with their corresponding duct corner T-20DC, T-30 DC, T-35 DC, T-40 DC.
MKX TDC System has been past the DW144 standard and the HVAC PW/TMI (1987) pressure test.
The other types can be manufactory if necessary.
