HOT RUNNER SYSTEM -OR- RUNNER LESS MOULDING SYSTEM
A hot runner system usually includes a heated manifold and a number of heated nozzles with hot runner temperature controller. Manifold is to distribute the plastic entering the mold to the various nozzles to the injection points in the cavities, molten plastic runs within a solid manifold and within the nozzles, savings by reducing plastic waste (runner) and by reducing the cycle time. A hot runner controller is a temperature controller used to control the temperature in the hot runner. Hot runner systems are also referred to as hot runner-manifold systems or runner less molding.
Hot runner system is designed and made by ourselves; it can achieve ideal and prompt heating effect for Manifold plate & hot tip Nozzles. We are making standard and non standard Hot tip Nozzles, Various range model manifolds and Hot Sprue Bush available as per your mould concept.

Temperature controller: single Zone up to 12 Zone Temperature controllers (Single Box) Available. (240Vac 15 Amp Modules),
