Annealing : Following forming procedure, the crown and furnace of the
boiler will undergo a stress relieving procedure at 620ºC in the
annealing furnace of our factory for 1 hour.
Radiographic Test : X-Ray examination at welding joints.
Hydrostatical Test : After finishing the welding works, under control of technical specialist, the boiler will be tested under pressure of water higher than working pressure with 16 proportion
Insulation : 100 mm Rock Wool and 1 mm Galvanize Sheet.
Auxiliaries : Plate Mark , Front and Rear Smoke Lids , Explosion Lid ,
Manhole, Water Level Indicator Handling Collector, Manometer –
Prosestad, Connection Collector.
Manufacturing Standards : Design and Production are according to TS EN 377-12953
TRD-DIN Standards.
