Ten sets of equipment for synthesis technical products, capacity 2000MT/Year;
Four sets of equipment for formulating SC, capacity 2500MT/Year;
One set of equipment for formulating WDG, capacity 800MT/Year;
Other equipments for other formulations, capacity in total 5000MT/Year;
One set of equipment for wastewater process;
One QC department;
One R&D department;
One Sales and Marketing department;
The company now has 5 engineers, 10 technicians and 5 international business salesman; all of them have enjoyed high education, with much experience. Especially the General manager of the company, Mr. Thomas Zhang has studied the application and synthesis of pesticides for almost 20 years, is a professional person in the field of pesticide.
The QC department has set up a complete system for controlling the quality, every batch of goods has it’s own record of LC or GC graph and sample.
The R&D department is mainly engaged in developing new products and formulating new formulation types. There is a Particle Size Analyzer in the department for controlling the particle size of the formulations.
Although now the company has invested these equipments in the plant, while the current capacity becomes can’t keep up with our development. Now the company is planning to enlarge the investment to meet the customers’ requirements.
