We combine HACCP and GMP concepts with the PC-controlled cocoa processing line imported from Italian CM company,in order to be able to deliver our products adhering to the most stringent requirements.

We import cocoa bean from West Africa and Indonesia and control them directly at source and secure proper handling and shipping all the way through to final delivery at our factory.

The cocoa powder is grouped into high-fat, medium-fat and low-fat according to its fat content, and categorized as natural powder and alkalized powder according to the processing method,and reddish,black according to the color.
The cocoa butter is Pure Prime Pressed.
