Zhejiang Yida Special Steel Co.,Ltd., founded in 1996, is one of the biggest companies manufacturing Stainless steel pipe and tube in Zhejiang Province. The company has two major manufacturing bases located respectively in Songyang industrial park of Lishui City and Longwan New City industrial park of Wenzhou City. It has more than 200 employees with a fixed asset of RMB 50 million and anthe capacity of 2006 exceeded 10,000T.
The company strictly carries out ISO9001:2000 international quality management sysytem, and is one of the earliest companies which are entitled as Pressure Piping Components manufacturer (Grade A and B, Number: TS2710C42-2011).
The company is adopting the standards, such as GB, ASTM, DIN, EN, GOST, JIS, PED, and Rules for ships. OD ranges from 6 mm to 630 mm, and WT ranges from 1 mm to 30 mm. The main materal have 304/L/H 316/L/H 321/H 317/L 347/H 310S 2205 2507 904L etc. The products are widely used in fertilizer, petroleum, central-station, boiler, power station, shiping military, chemical industry, environment protection, traffic, metallurgy and mine, printing and dyeing, food industry, medical equipement, and so on.
In order to retain the leading quality of the products and to strengthen the brand competitiveness, the company established the quality inspection center, which has ETM16-159 eddy current detector, UT16-159 ultrasoinc detector, UT159-630 ultrasoinc detector, 30Mpa Hydrostatic testing machine, material testing machine, chemical analyzers, intergranular corrosion test, and so on. We can make sure that the pass rate of the products to be 100%.
