1. Simple Product Line:
For this production line, it needs about 12 workers to operate, 2 for aggregates batching and put aggregates into hoisting hopper of mixer; 1 for mixer, water adding in, concrete discharging; 1 for block making, operating the control cabinet; 4 for moving block & pallets to trollies and bringing them to curing area; 3 for moving cured blocks to block storage area, cubing blocks and collecting pallets there; 1 for carrying pallets to block making machine.
And to set up a block plant with this production line, it needs about 6000 square meters of land space.
