Plastic Pipe Extruder Unit consist of single screw plastic extruder and Mark line extruder with corresponding pipe head, design finalizing cooling mold, vacuum sizing cooling water tank, Haul-Off machine, cutter, length recorder, tipping frame, winder and etc. The structure is compaction and performance optimization, the material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoALA. The main barrel adopt the casting aluminum heater to heating and precision electronic control meter to control temperature, the drive motor adopt frequency control. The whole unit is of an integrative design with the character of high-efficiency, high-performance and high-stability for the main machine and the slave can run synchronously, it is the ideal equipment for PE pipe
