Suzhou Lingyan Medical Appliances Co., Ltd is located in scenic & historic city, Suzhou , which as paradise in the earth and has convenient transportation and gloriously developed economy.
The company established in 1987, and reformed into limited company in 2004.we occupied 25000 square meters in the land with 6500 square meters for the building, including 2000 square meters of 100000 class clean workshop, 300 square meters of center test-room, 800 square meters of sterilization workshop and 400 square meters of office room. we have three automatic production lines of injection needles assembling and have completely product & test machines for the processing of drawing tube, cut, blade-gring, injection, assembling, plastic package and sterlilzation. our production capacity is 500million pieces of disposable syringe needle, adding medicine needles and acupuncture needles.
We have strong ability for design, developing ans quality control because we have well trained employees and experienced managers, among which we have over 10 engineers and 25% of employees have received at lease college education, since 2002 we co-developed with H.K.ruishend industrial develop co., ltd. to design disposable injectors for continuous ambulatory administration and disposable anaesthetic puncture set, which have achieved great success as ISO9001 international standard used in each process of design, develop, production and inspection. the company started to develop electronic control pain-killer injectors based on importing advanced technique since 2004, from which the technical terhnical performance and reliability of key-parts has obtained or exceed the international advanced level.
