Convulsiometer :-
It provides 50 Hz alternating Current stimulus variable from 0.25 mA to 360 mA to 360mA for producing minimal and supra-maximal seizures required in the assay of anti-convulsant and epileptic drugs. A solid-state timer controls the stimulus duration from 0.1 to .1 sec. [+5%,] in steps of 0.1 second. Duration as long as 180 second may be obtained manually.
