PROPERTIES AND FORMULATIONS
• Soluble in water and diluted alcohol, not soluble in oil, ether and petroleum ether.
• Excellent stability to light especially in acidic condition.
• Excellent coloring ability .
• Applicable to juice, soft drinks, compound wine, confectionary, can food, cake in colors, ice cream , jelly, sweetmeat and so on.
• It appears yellow and stable at PH 2-7.
• Color Value E1%1cm 406nm : = 60
