Foshan Shunde Himens Industrial Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer that specializes in making polyester putty, primer, auto paint, unsaturated polyester resin, and related car refinish products series. Since we started to make research, develop and manufacture auto repair series products in 1998, we have possessed specialized characteristics and professional level in developing and manufacturing through the ten years' in-depth studies and continuous technology innovation.
Following the progress of society, technical innovation and wide use in various fields of science and technology, our company has developed following Polyester Putty series: putty for furniture/building materials, for automobile repair and manufacture, for mechanical equipments, for welding line as well as for electric conduction, light polyester putty, high-temperature putty, Zink polyester putty, and 1K pinhole-filling polyester putty. Our primer products include 2K epoxy primer, 2K filling intermediate primer for repair and 1K primer. We also supply related auto paint, varnish, and thinner and hardener products. Our Unsaturated Polyester Resins (used be product putty) can meet international advanced level in the same industry.
Our company covers an area of approximately 30,000 square meters, including some 20,000 square meters of building areas, about 6,000 square meters of modern workshops, storehouse and 2,000 square meters of modernized business office building. There are more than 100 employees. 10% of them are technicians, 15% are management personnel, and 6% are marketing personnel.
With complete corollary equipment and powerful technical forces, the products of our company are of reliable quality. The professionally experienced chemical engineers have been committing themselves to developing mid-and-top class, multifunctional and all-purpose atomic ash. We have two sets of equipment for resin reaction, and two with capacity of 10 metric tons and the other with 2 metric tons. So the Resins that we produce monthly can be 600 metric tons. Ten sets of production equipment can produce Putty with 1,500 metric tons monthly. We have perfect after service and good cooperated partnerships with dealers of various regions. Sales network covers through our country and other countries or regions in South East Asia, Australia and Italy. The management models of Win-win, Multi-win and Win-together have been formed.
