3. Air Dry Varnish 25 Micron Coating From inside, thoroughly for Foreign Practice.
4. Tolerance –Centre +-2mm/1000mm.
5. Test pressure Minimum 2.00kg Cm2.
6. Air vent plug & oil vent plug-brass; If MS used will be cadmium passivity. (For flange type radiators).
7. After Fitting header pipe-Air pocket will be not found.
8. Test Certificate should be furnished.
9. Lifting Hug, Air release, Drain plug, Flange set as per requirement.
