The Company was incorporated in the year 1973 under the Companies Act 1956 as a Private Limited Company in Mumbai. It is registered as a Small Scale Industry manufacturing non-ferrous Metal alloys, particularly Aluminum and Zinc alloys and castings thereof. Presently the company has two production facilities, one in Mumbai and the other at Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa.
The Company produces high quality alloys and supplies them to reputed and leading Industrial consumers. Our products are mainly used by Engineering, Lighting, Electrical, Food processing and many other Industries. We have been catering to the needs of these industries for the last over 35 years and have established ourselves as one of the leading producers of these products in India
