MANNED GUARDING
Premier Shield started with manned guarding thirty one years ago and it forms the core business for the company. Over the period of time, our company has specialized in providing quality manned guarding for almost all business segments and industries. Today, Premier Shield provides manned guarding services to manufacturing units, corporate offices, warehouses, corporate/IT parks, amusement parks, malls and multiplexes, logistics companies, banking and Para banking sectors, etc in India, South Asia and Middle East. BILLABLE STAFF / TRAINING
Premier Shield lays special impetus on training and has developed a training program for its security personnel which is of highest quality, is proactive and reactive in nature to the detailed security requirements. The training imparted to the security personnel comprises of strict security training. Three levels of training are applicable at the level of guards. These are stated in brief as under:-
BASIC TRAINING
This is imparted over 21 days with 9 periods per day. The brief description of subjects covered in the induction training are marching drill, saluting, code of conduct, gate-house duties, telephone procedures, soft skills, search procedures, patrolling, emergency procedures, legal obligations, operations briefing, incident reporting, crisis management, fire prevention, fire fighting, first aid, security systems etc.
PRE-ASSIGNMENT TRAINING
This training schedule includes the specific training related to the geographical/environmental requirement of the place required to be served by the personnel.
SITE AND POST TRAINING
This training covers the specific site and post instructions given and agreed by the client and ourselves.
ON JOB TRAINING
This training co relates to the job being carried out and is a continuous process. The training is imparted by the specialized training staff available on or off the site as per the requirement.
REFRESHER TRAINING
This training is of four days duration and is imparted once in four months. The subjects covered are on the lines of basic training.

Premier recognizes that daily world events change, as do the security threats involving the particular project. Because of these changes, Premier Shield will adapt their security strategies accordingly. Manpower requirements may fluctuate due to these unpredictable factors.

• Basic operational knowledge of a comprehensive point security access control/CCTV
