Shenzhen Hukaifeng Light Steel Fabrication Ltd. was set up in 1996; it is the technical corporation that combines development, production, sales and service. Our company mainly produces the metal sheet sandwich panel, telecom shelter, light steel house and industry factory. Our company is located at the develop district in Fuyong town Baoan district Shenzhen city, it is near the airport and shipside, the traffic is very convenient, the fund for register is 5 million RMB. The area of the factory is about 5000 square meters, there are 106 workers in the factory, and six of them are mainly working for the new development of the products. The develop work group is combined by the young specialist and the engineers; the technical majordomo has so many experiences in developing the sandwich panel. There are four departments in the company: technical department, sales department, project department and the production department.
In 1996, our company introduced the foreign advanced technology, and became the lead manufacturer of the Polystyrene sandwich panel in China. In 2000, our company developed the production lines of rock wool sandwich panel independently, and got 8 national patents. At present, we have four international advanced production lines that produce vesicant or extruded plastic polystyrene, Polyurethane and rock wool sandwich panel , they can produce 1 million square meters sandwich panel every year.
We pay much attention in the quality of the products, we lead the standard of ISO9001:2000, and set up the quality manage discipline. Make the plan, design and develop, buying the material, produce, test and the service after selling the products all goes well. The whole systems and the whole process work together, in order to make the “no defect” plan comes true. All the products are accord with ROHS environment protect standard. We can design the products according to the requirements of the customer. We are creative and change the equipments at present and making big effort to apply the country patent.
For our quality and service is good, we have good reputation in the panel industry. The products are well sold all over China, Hong Kong, Macao, and many oversea countries. And we are cooperating with Haiwei, Foxconn, BYD Company limited, Emerson, etc.
