We are looking for Abrassive sleeve for Glass Grinding and Polishing in Polyester :-
We are developing roller type grinding and polishing sleeve for lead glass. The glass as a row material will be in a spherical balls and are mounted on holder, which will be facing the roller in an angular fashion or in flat position. The roller has a polyester sleeve or tube of a suitable diameter in which the roller can be inserted and the tube because of flexibility and elasticity hold tightly to roller and even surface of film is made on roller. The outer surface has abressive material attached or say a coating of abassive suitable to grindor polishes the glass, accordingly the grit is formed.
Is it possible for you to manufacture such slleves for above mentioned purpose. Please let us know the possibilities.
