Our company is professional in selling and manufacturing the SONTASUN aluminum-plastic composite board, which conforming to the national standard GB/T17748-1999 through the rest of the National Research Centre of Testing Technique for Building Material. Since the foundation of our company, insisting on the idea that brings forth new ideas to develop, and guarantee quality to survive. We have been introducing and absorbing advanced aluminum-plastic manufacture techniques and crafts from home and overseas. Now we have four automatic aluminum-plastic composite board product lines and two rolling and baking product lines, with the annual production 12million square meters. After put into the market, the products of the SONTASUN series got the most customers’ trust quickly. Even some of the products and the facilities have been sold in many countries and districts overseas. SONTASUN is a guarantee of quality in this industry. Meanwhile, we develop and manufacture the environmental-protection and energy-saving aluminum-plastic composite board product line, the PC, PE, PVC board product line and the color-aluminum, color-steal rolling and baking product line. Cooperating with the South Korea LG company, the QINHUA Board Company has put some new products into production, which include the coating ceiling, the coating household electrical appliances board, the painting color-aluminum roll, the aluminum ceiling and so on. The manufacture facilities and the testing instruments which we have introduced and developed have aggregated the advanced techniques from Germany and Italy, and guaranteed the product’s quality in a high standard.
Strengthening the management and practicing the quality control system in full scale, we passed the ISO9001 international quality system 2000 version of authentication in 2002, carried out the system of personal responsibility all over the whole company, set rigid rules in the manufacture process from buying raw material to manufacturing products.
