Characteristic:
A. Super adhesive firmness:
The SONTASUN aluminium-plastic board adopts imported macromolecular adhesive membranes and international high-new techniques, so its firmness is very strong. After the eight-hour experiment in the boiling water, the adhesive layer has nothing broken. And after the aging experiment according to the ASTMC481CYCLeB, its stripping intensity is >=8N/mm.The SONTASUN aluminium-plastic board won’t be stripped in a long term use because of the super stripping intensity.
B outstanding climate-resistance and temperature-adaptability:
The surfaces of the SONTASUN aluminium-plastic board adopt the imported America LILLY and Swedish Becker fluorocarbon resin paint. The adhesion of the paint coat is very good. And this makes the surfaces very wear-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and salt-fog-resistant. The biggest advantage of the fluorocarbon resin is its good climate-resistance. C fireproof:
The SONTASUN aluminium-plastic board is fireproof remarkably. Adopting polyethylene and frame retardants(AL2O3.3hH2O and mg(OH)2 in high degree of purity) , the middle is shaped by pressure at a high temperature. It is non-poisonous and fireproof, confirming to the fire-resistant demand of the building rule completely.
D light in weight and easy to process:
The SONTASUN aluminium-plastic board is light in weight and easy to process. Its core board is of low density, high intensity and high toughness. Because of the board’s light weight, it will reduce the damage in earthquakes and be transported easily. Besides, the board is very easy to process. It can be folded, cut, milled, and curved just with the process tools of the carpentry factories or the metalworking factories. So the cost of the project will be reduced.
E. sound-insulation and heat-insulation :
The SONTASUN aluminium-plastic board is made up of several layers. The middle adopts a special craft structure, so the product is good in sound insulation and heat-insulation.
