We are one of the most professional communication product designers in Taiwan, the sole agent of world's most popular caller ID tester Rochelle (USA) in Taiwan.
For the past few years, Taiwan’s telecommunications industry experienced one of the greatest challenges ever. As a result, many companies have since folded, divert to other businesses or moved to China. For a company with limited human resources and investment capital, we have not only survived, we are still going strong. This would not have been possible without our strong research and development efforts and our flexible business models.
Our R& D (design house) today employs 40 full-time, qualified engineers, specializing in both hardware design and software development, particularly single chip solution. With such sound foundations, we have certainly created a niche for ourselves in the telecommunications industry.
Worth noting is also our entrepreneurial philosophy. Even until now, developing a single chip solution is costly starting from nt100, 000. 00. Because of our belief and confidence in innovative products, we often accept such assignment with minimal costs, if any at all. By sharing the potential financial risks, a lot of innovative ideas have at least the opportunity to materialize. Artech is established since July 1994 with 8 millions (Taiwan dollar) of investment and has made up to 1 billion of total annual sale. Mr. James Chen, the CEO of Artech has established headquarter and branches in: Artech Taiwan (Headquarter), Artech Shenzhen (China Branch), T-Solution (Bangkok, Thailand Branch). Artech has total of 60+ employees with most of product developers and technology engineers. Telephone accessories, computer/telecomm/telephony integrated products and VOIP, etc. are the major product lines of Artech. Targeted markets are in Taiwan, North America, China, Korea, East Asia, Middle East, Middle Asia, and East Europe.
