The film faced plywood :
We have two kinds of film, the imported stora-enso ,dynea brown film , the film density is 120g/m2,the chinese black film , the density is 240g/m2.The core has poplar throughout core,birch throughout core,combi hardwood and poplar core, hardwood throughout core.The glue has WBP glue and MR glue .The size has 1220x2440mm,1250x2500mm,1500x3000mm.The thickness is 6.5mm,9mm,12mm,15mm,18mm,21mm,24mm,27mm,30mm etc.We also could produce accoridng to your special requirements.We also have wiremeshed(anti-slip ) film faced plywood .These products could be used in concrete construction, truck floor etc .
The commercial plywood :
The face and back veneer could be used okoume , bintangor,pine, birch,or other hardwood. The core could be used poplar, combi,hardwood, birch etc. The glue could be used MR, WBP, E2. The grade could be BB/BB,BB/CC,DBB/CC,C/C,C/D,C/E etc.We also could produce according to your requirements.The size is 1220x2440mm,1250x2500mm. The thickness is from 2.4mm to 30mm.These products could be used in furniture, construction ,packments etc.
The MDF :
The raw material ,the density is 700-740kg/m3,the glue is MR,E2. The material is poplar. The size is 1220x2440mm. The thickness is 9MM,12MM,15MM,18MM etc .The products could be used in furniture and decoration.
The Blackboard:
The core could be used poplar, pine, hardwood core, the face and back is okoume, bintangor etc . The size 1220x2440x15/18mm. The thickness is 15MM,18MM. The products could be used in decoration, furniture etc.
Particle Board:
The material is poplar or recyled. The grade is plain,E1,E2.The density is 650-700kg/m3.The dimensions:1220x2440x(9-18)mm. The face could be laminated with white ,grey melamine, beech, maple, oak, cherry etc.
H-Beam,I-Joinst (Beam For Fromwor)
For construction use .Carry film faced plywood. Made of birch plywood and larch wood. Around 6.25kgs per running meter. Treated by water proof glue.(WBP)
