Nanhao (Beijing) Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. established in 1995, it is a collectivize enterprise, includes research, production and import-export business.
Our manufacture base locates in Economic & Technical Developing Zone of Hengshui which is called for the Homeland of Chinese Rubber Production. The enterprise covers area 290,000m2, over 1,100 employees, includes 230 intermediate and senior technical personnel, and fixed assets 160 million Yuan, annual production value 860 million Yuan.
Now, our company has three numerical control centers, a wavelet vulcanized production line, a plaited production line, eight rubber tube production lines, three grids production lines, and six rubber roller production lines. We have advanced inspecting facilities and perfect quality assurance department. The main products are developed and produced together with China Traffic Road Academe, Railway Department Academe, Qinghua University etc, and obtained 27 nation patents, the products has passed appraisals by Water Conservancy Department, Ministry of Communication and Railway Department. In 2004, we passed the ISO9001:2000, acquired National Industry Production certification.
Our products are widely used in mine metallurgy, machinery manufacture, shipping manufacture, petrifaction, electric power, weave, glass, chinaware, auto, aviation, electron, water supply equipment and other industries.
Nanhao engineering rubber products includes: rubber water-stop, bridge board-type support, bridge basic-type support, bridge flexible equipment, pneumatic rubber core, rubber dam series and so on, 10 series, over 200 species, more than 2,000 specifications. We are professional manufacturer appointed by National Railway Department and Ministry of Communication.
Recent years, 95% engineering rubber production been used in national important program, such as National Theater, Guangshenzhu, Huning, Yanhuang important freeway, and Shandong huanghe bridge, Wuhu long river bridge, Dachenjiang bridge, Burma qingdunjiang bridge, Jingjiu railway, Qingzang railway, Long river sanxia, Huanghe dam, South water north adjust, and won the high reputation. Our manufacture enterprises have been appaised Model Company of National Industry by China Quality Management Association, and our products exports to Europe, USA, Africa, Southeast Asia, more than 20 countries and regions.
Our industrial components rubber products include rubber tube series, rubber tire series, rubber roller & axle series, rubber seal series and so on. There are 8 series, over 300 species, more than 4,000 specifications. The products such as rubber tire, rubber roller, and rubber tube are successively used by many famous companies as Epson (China) Co., Ltd, Three One Group, Taiyuan Heavy Industry Company, and Luoyang 2nd Heavy Industry Company and so on. Besides, these products exported to 18 countries include Canada, German, USA, Russia etc.
Besides, we have the business of OEM,ODM, and transfer patent technology, hope to cooperate with blank market franchisers on the world.
The importing business mainly includes chloroprene rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber, nature rubber and some rubber accessory, and the importing value more than 200 million Yuan.
