We are Offering to sell RPQE Multi needle Quilting Embroidery Machine (Double Needle Row).
Combining quilting and embroidering into one machine perfectly(the smallest packed pattern is 1 inch);
The embroidery area: the smallest pattern by X direction is 50.8mm; maximum is 400mm, so the biggest quilting embroidery area is 64*50.8mm=3251mm, this is the biggest stitching area.
2. Unlimited and continued quilting and embroidering in Y-axis.
3. Two row needles can work at same time, high speed and productivity.
4. Jumbo Rotary hook same as shuttle quilting machine.
5. Automatic tensioning system.
6. Adopt the normal machine computer control system,multifunction and stable.
7. Panasonic servo motor driving in X,Y and Z axis.
8. Automatic current state memory function and automatic bottom/up thread break detecting.

11. Memory: The basic capacity of the system is up to 2000,000 stitches (Customizable to 10 million stitches), equivalent to 200 designs.

14. Max Thickness can be 300g/m² or equal to 40mm before pressing with interlining and cover fabric and stuffing material. Smallest thickness can do like organza and curtain fabric.
15. Pattern editing function: such as pattern rotating, pantograph, condensation, deleting and duplication, performance of repetition embroidery, cycling embroidery and bulk embroidery.
